I have a problem with a delivered order. What do I do?

A:

Oops! Sometimes even superheroes make a mistake, but we will use all our powers to correct any problems with your order. Simply email service@99centpromos.com with your order number in the subject line and a short note detailing the problem and we will get back to you faster than a speeding bullet.


Q:

I want to speak with a live person. How can I do this?

A:

If 99CentPromos.com ALWAYS ON and up to the minute online customer service doesn't answer your question, real live people are ready to use their super skills to assist. Simply log-in to your 99CentPromos.com account and click CONTACT US where you will find our phone number. If you don't reach us on the first call, don't despair. Simply leave a message and our futuristic phone system will call you right back.

What are your hours of operation?

A:

Our wonder team is available from 7:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Even superheroes need to rest so we are closed weekends and major holidays.

Can my company have more than one account with 99CentPromos.com?

Yes. Only ASI & PPAI distributors may register for an account with 99CentPromos.com.


Q:

I have terms with Logomark. Can I use them for ordering this product?

A:

No. 99CentPromos.com super prices are only available when ordered online and paid via Credit Card at the time of the order. Your credit card will only be charged upon shipment of your order.


Q:

Do you charge sales tax?

A:

Yes OR No. Sales tax will be calculated after your order is placed. You will be emailed a reseller certificate following your first order. If this is completed and returned, in most instances sales tax will not be charged.


Q:

What about sales tax for orders shipping to California?

A:

Maybe. Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipping to California provided that the distributor has a valid California Reseller certificate associated with your account. If a valid california reseller certificate is not on file with 99CentPromos.com sales tax will be charged.

Is my billing and other information safe?

A:

Yes. 99CentPromos.com uses a secure connection with 128 bit encryption which is a fancy way of saying even a super villain with super powers will not be able to access your data.

Can you send a rep out to my office?

No. 99CentPromos.com many superheroes will be busy behind the scenes perfectly decorating your order and making 100% certain your order ships on time but they are only available via email or the telephone.

What Decoration Methods are available?

Items may be lasered or printed. Each item has a detailed listing of all decoration method available. Only the methods listed are available for that item.

How many colors can I imprint?

A:

No. The heroes at 99CentPromos.com are totally committed to providing you the best deals RIGHT NOW! High quantities (25K or more) may be available for overseas production but custom products are not available through 99CentPromos.com.

What is standard production time on the products?

A:

Super fast of course! Your order will be produced in a flash and ship in 5 days or less from receipt of your approved paper proof.

Can I get rush production on my order? Cost?

A:

This may change, but as of right now only standard production times of 3-5 days from receipt of your approved paper proof is available.

Will I receive a paper proof on my order?

A:

Yes. For all 99CentPromos.com orders you will receive an emailed paper proof. To speed your order into production simply reply to the email with "APPROVED".

Can I view my order history?

Night or day, your entire order history, tracking information and invoices are available at My Account .

All product prices are coded on a C. Setups are coded on a G

How much are Samples?

Random and black samples are FREE! Samples are limited to 2 per request.

Are these products available as blank items?

All samples may be random or blank. We will ship whatever is available at the time you place your order, almost always the same day you place your order.

Do you have testing documentation on these items?

Is there a limit to how many samples I can order?

Yes. Samples must be ordered two at a time using the website. 99CentPromos.com reserves the right to limit sample requests.

Is blue ink available for the pens in your line?

A:

No. At these extraordinarily low prices, products are only available exactly as listed on 99CentPromos.com.

Are there USA Made Products in your line?

A:

No. All products are decorated in the USA but are made in factories worldwide.

Are refills available for the pens I purchase from you?

A:

Yes. In most instances high-quality refills are available at www.freerefill.com. Refills are not available for purchase through 99CentPromos.com.

How much will it cost to ship my sample order?

A:

Gadzooks! Samples ship FedEx Ground for FREE!


Q:

How much will it cost to ship my regular order?

A:

When you place your order exact shipping costs will be calculated and shown. 99CentPromos.com preferred shipper is FedEx.


Q:

Can I request a split shipment on my order?

A:

Yes. Split shipments are available up to 2 locations. Please specify 2nd address and quantities in the shipping notes field when entering your order.


Q:

Can my order ship internationally?

A:

No. Stay tuned, but at this time 99CentPromos.com is only available for shipments to the good old USA.

Can I provide a 3rd party shipping account number for my order?

A:

Yes. 99CentPromos.com is happy to accept FedEx and UPS 3rd party shipping account numbers. We do not accept DHL account numbers. Simply enter your account during checkout and you are all set!
